Jonathan showed up on time and answered all my questions on the work I required at my home. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. He explained the details of the quote i was provided and went over a timeline for the service to be completed. I was provided a written estimate prior to his departure which stated all parts and labor warrantied for 1 year. Cost was competitive with the other Anji service provider but more than two other EE contractors from Internet service. Bids were verified to have same service details quoted.
